Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 7–13 business days, depending on your location and product origin.

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CST) on business days will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Total Delivery Estimate:
Please allow approximately 8–15 business days for total delivery. Some items may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers, in which case you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, up to 30 business days.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable domestic carriers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Regional couriers (depending on supplier location)

Once your order ships, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Delays & Exceptions

While Oak Hearted is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will assist in tracking your package if it is significantly delayed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Processing times

  • Weather conditions or carrier disruptions

  • Holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link.
You can track your shipment via the carrier's website or through our Track My Order page.

If tracking information does not update within 5 business days, please contact us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product

  2. Email the photos to support@oakhearted.com immediately

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement.

Return shipping is covered by Oak Hearted via a prepaid label sent to your email. Exceptions apply only when the return does not meet our eligibility requirements.
