Modification or Cancellation Window
Customers may request an order modification or cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this 24-hour window, the order may already be in processing or prepared for shipment, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Requesting Order Changes
If you need to modify or cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Orders That Have Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Once the item has been delivered, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy if you wish to return or exchange the product according to our eligibility requirements.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
