Return Shipping Costs

  • We strongly recommend using the provided label to ensure your return is tracked and received successfully.

Exchanges
  • We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@oakhearted.com before returning the item so we can assist you.

  • For items that are defective or damaged, we will replace them at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@oakhearted.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
